What are the snow conditions like in Megève ?
Megève has snowmaking capabilities with 175 snow cannons ensuring reliable snow cover. Rochebrune is also very well located with northern exposure and terrain, making it ideal for lessons.
It’s snowing, windy and cold – will my lesson be cancelled ?
At Ski Pros Megève, your instructor will show you how to make the most of the ‘white’ conditions by using the tree-lined slopes to ensure your lesson runs smoothly.
It’s raining… will my lesson still take place ?
Your instructor will be waiting for you whatever the weather. Don’t forget that it may be raining in the town centre, but it will be snowing on the mountain.
What about ski equipment hire ?
Equipment hire is not included in the price of the ski lesson, but we work with Henry Sport, located at the start of the slopes in the Rochebrune sector, who will offer you a 10% discount on your package, in agreement with our ski school.

Where can I buy my ski pass ?
Ski passes can be purchased at the bottom of each area of the ski resort and online here.
The price of ski lessons does not include the lift pass. You must have a valid lift pass to get the most out of your lesson. However, if you are a beginner, please ask your instructor whether you need a lift pass for your first lesson.
Where do I meet my instructor ?
Ski lessons usually start in front of the Henry Sport shop at the bottom of the slopes in the Rochebrune area. However, you can arrange a different meeting place with your instructor.
A reservation without payment – is that correct ?
Once confirmed by telephone or email, your reservation is guaranteed. We work on a basis of trust and honour. Our word is our bond. That’s why we have so many returning customers.
Can I make a pre-booking or a booking by telephone ?
Yes – up to a year in advance for some of our customers who want to guarantee the best service!
During the week, my child decides they do not want to continue with the lessons. Can I get a refund ?
No, in this case or if your child is ill, we will do our best on your behalf to fill the time with another client. If this is possible, we will be happy to refund you. If we are unable to fill the time, we will unfortunately not be able to refund you.
Do you offer private ski lessons for toddlers and older children ?
For toddlers, lessons are given by a state-certified independent ski instructor who is keen to help your child discover and enjoy skiing. It is an eye-opening experience. Your child will thrive on the ‘discovery’ aspect of their skiing experience. For older children, our teaching is personalised, exclusive and comfortable, helping your child to gain confidence and progress. Skiing is a fun experience for children and there are no tests or exams. However, if you would like a ‘certificate’ confirming your participation, this can be arranged.
